Experts said the quality of this year's paper was average. The general level of difficulty stayed the same.

The general category cutoff for 2020 was roughly 90 percentile, but by 2021 it had dropped to 87 percentile.

The cutoff for JEE Advanced 2022, according to experts, may be between 89 and 91 percentiles this year..

Expected cut-off for qualifying JEE Advanced UR- (89 - 91)  EWS (66 - 68) OBC-NCL (70 - 71)  SC (48 - 50)  ST (33 - 35)

However, experts think that the percentile marks or scores for JEE Advanced may rise because more students sat the exam this time.
